Unit Standard 31532 Demonstrate Knowledge of Fusion Jointing of Polyethylene Pipes for Water Networks - Level 4 - 5 Credits. Attendance is required for the 2 days.

Unit Standard 31532 is a pre-requisite to Unit Standards 31525 & 31524.

Unit Standard 31525- Carry out electrofusion jointing on polyethylene pipes for water networks – Level 4 – 10 credits
Unit Standard 31524 - Carry out butt fusion jointing on polyethylene pipes for water networks – Level 4 – 10 credits

On having been assessed as fully competent on any of the above courses, you will be issued with a welding accreditation card and personalised welding number which is valid for 3 years.

All Welding Accreditation Cards are valid up to 3 years from the date of issue. If the Welding Accreditation Card has expired beyond the 3 years from issue then a new course is required.

• Enrolment forms must be completed and submitted before being accepted.

• Payment is due within 5 days of the course date, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

• If you withdraw from a course within 5 days from the course date, the full fee will apply.

• Candidates are responsible for their travel and accommodation if required.

• You can transfer a person enrolled for another person of the same company, providing they do the same course.

• Candidates to bring and wear appropriate PPE as per your Company requirements; e.g. Safety footwear, Hi-Viz vest or equivalent.

• Fee for replacement of lost welding card is $50.00 + GST per card.

• Please note: outstanding assessments will only be processed up to 1 month after the course date.
